issues installing anything

I have had lots of problems trying to install anything i tried to update my system yesterday and i got the same error message.

I have been having a problem for the past few days nothing I install seams to install correctly I have a an issue doing updates and every thing else for that matter. this is the error message I get every time.

This "b43" is bcm43xx, Broadcom based wireless NIC, the install of software goes normally, just the update for the specific card fails constantly, if your wifi connection works, you might just ignore this warning.

Solution: System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager > Search: firmware-b43-lpphy-installer > Click Mark > Click install > Close

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
