Warcraft 3 CANT CONNECT VIA LAN

Hi
I've got warcraft 3 installed and runs beautifully but my problem is when I want to host a LAn game... It loads on my side but no one else can connect! It goes grey and does nothing, so in order for this to work, I have to host the game from some ones windows machine.. Please Help ME!!

This should be in the wine part of the forums but whatever.

Problem is that WINE DOESN'T SUPPORT HOSTING IN WARCRAFT 3 ATM!
I hate it. Everyone does. Nothing we can do but wait and whine to wine developers to make it support hosting.

It is in the wine forums, he double posted.

And you should probably read the AppDB page for Warcraft 3 a little more closely. All you need to do is patch Wine.

Oh. I have read it. Searched it but never found other answers than downgrading wine which I won't do.

Can you link or quote how to make hosting work or something?

Sorry about the double post... I was really desperate... It's for an internet cafe and with no LAN abilities the customers would go mad!

This seems to be an ubuntu-only problem because it worked fine on a previous slackware distro.
