I haven't seen this yet, and I've been searching for a while now, here, on Google, and at Mozilla. Hoping someone can help.

Now that I have KK installed with Firefox 3.5, middle-clicking a URL doesn't open a new background tab, it brings up the right-click menu.

How can I change this behavior? I've searched through about-config and don't see a related setting with the keywords "tab", "middle", or click.

Middle-click functionality is normal in the rest of the OS.

Using Ubuntu 9.10 on a Toshiba Satellite a135 with a Synaptics touchpad.
