The stream is encrypted and decryption is not supported

Hello, I am brand new to ubuntu, and have searched the forum for answers, but nothing relates to my problem.
I subscribe to SAFC TV, http://www.safc.premiumtv.co.uk/page...,10281,00.html. when I first go on the web page the video and sound play OK, but when I sign in and attempt to play anything I only get the error message The stream is encrypted and decryption is not supported.
I have tried installing all the files that have been mentioned in the forums but no joy. i wonder if it could have something to do with security certificates, if I try to play under windows there is no problem.
I would welcome any help.

Looking at the link you provided the video is in wmv format. The unencrypted "teaser" plays but the subscription service will use DRM protected Windows Media format which is not supported in Linux.

Install windows in virtualbox.

i installed linuxmint, gloria, and installed firefox 3.5 shiretoko and it worked first time, nothing else to update.
